What's the catch?
You need a card on file to claim. Nothing is charged for 14 days. After that it is $147 a month until you cancel. No setup fee, no contract, no fee to cancel. Requesting and looking at your demo costs nothing.
Do I own the website and domain?
Your domain, words, photos and reviews go with you. We do not charge to transfer the domain; the registrar may charge its own transfer fee. Our page design, templates and hosting platform stay with us. Moving away would mean rebuilding the page elsewhere.
What changes are included?
Photos, wording, prices, hours, service area, phone number, reviews, and holiday or storm notices. Usually done the same business day. Extra pages, a new logo, online booking and a store are not included. We quote anything outside the plan in writing before doing the work.
When does missed-call text-back switch on?
Your website can go live first. Text-back usually takes two to three weeks because your business needs its own mobile-carrier registration. We handle that paperwork. Messages are sent under your business name, number and separately registered brand and campaign.
How do I cancel?
Use the Manage billing link in your receipt or email support@steelyardsystems.com. You keep the site until the end of the period you paid for. No cancellation fee. If you text CANCEL, all texts stop immediately and we start cancellation, which we confirm by email.
Will you call or text me?
Our first contact is by postcard or email, never by phone call or text. We never text a number we found on a public listing. We text you only when you opt in on one of our forms. Both text-message options are separate and optional.
Will the price change?
Any price change comes with 30 days notice by email first. You can cancel before it takes effect.
Can you take my demo down?
Yes. Email support@steelyardsystems.com and we remove it the same business day. You can also ask us to remove a review or change the demo.

About text messages
We only text people who asked us to on our form. We never send a first text to a business we found ourselves. Our first contact is by mail or email. If you opt in, you get the link to the demo site you asked for and account and service messages and, only if you ticked the separate marketing box on our form, occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with any third party, affiliate or lead generator for marketing or promotional purposes. Our messaging provider handles your number only to deliver our own messages.
This covers only messages from Steelyard Systems to its own customers and opted-in contacts. Missed-call text-back messages are sent by each client business under that business's own name, number and separately registered carrier brand and campaign. They are never sent under this program.
